A creative way to use fish that has marinated too long in Tiger's Milk, grilling it quickly to bring back a new texture and flavor.
Recipe Video
Ingredients
- Fish marinated in Tiger's Milk (leftover ceviche)
- Red onion opcional
- Cilantro opcional
- Toasted corn opcional
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
When the pan is hot, add the cubes of fish previously marinated in the Tiger's Milk.
Grill the fish quickly, turning it after about 1 and a half to 2 minutes, until lightly golden brown on both sides.
Dica: The grilling time should be very short to prevent the fish from falling apart, due to the acidity of the marinade which has already started to break it down.
Remove the grilled fish from the skillet.
Serve the grilled fish, suggesting optional toppings like chopped red onion, cilantro, and toasted corn.
Dica: This preparation can be used as an appetizer, sandwich filling, or an accompaniment to rice and salad.
