- 400g de Sweet Tapioca Starch
- 100g de Sugar
- 100g de Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 de Eggs
- 1teaspoon de Baking Powder
- Cinnamon opcional

misturarIn a bowl, mix the sweet tapioca starch, sugar, baking powder, and mozzarella.

amassarAdd the eggs to the mixture and knead until the dough is smooth.
Dica: If the eggs are small, use four.

fritarRoll the dough into small balls and deep fry in hot oil.
Dica: Do not let the fritters cook for too long once they are frying.
