Instructions
Prepare the pizza dough, which should undergo a 48-hour fermentation process (long fermentation).
Roll out the fermented pizza dough.
Spread the tomato sauce over the rolled-out dough.
Add your desired toppings, such as mushrooms, onion, tomato, and black olives.
Distribute the liquid vegan mozzarella (made with nuts and probiotics) over the other toppings, using caution to avoid excessive amounts.
Dica: The opening of the dispensing container might be very wide, requiring care when pouring the liquid cheese.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 500ºF (932ºC).
Dica: It is necessary to turn the crust during cooking, as it takes about 3 minutes to bake.
