Recipe for a homemade bread that is vegan, gluten-free, and extremely fluffy, made with rice and very low cost.

Ingredients
- 1,33cup de rice
- dry active yeast
Instructions
Soak the rice in water for 6 hours and then drain completely.
Transfer the drained rice to the blender and add the remaining ingredients, except for the yeast.
Dica: It is important to blend very well until you achieve a completely smooth batter.
Add the dry active yeast last and mix the batter well, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary.
Pour the batter into your desired pan and let it rest in a warm spot for about 30 minutes, until the batter triples in volume.
Dica: The batter will visibly rise; watch it thicken.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes.
