Ingredients
- shredded chicken
- potato sticks (shoestring potatoes)
- red onion
- parsley
- celery
- shredded carrot

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped red onion, chopped parsley, chopped celery, and shredded carrot.
Dica: Cook the chicken without salt.
Add the canned corn and peas mix to the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Add the mayonnaise and heavy cream (two tablespoons) to the other ingredients.
Dica: If necessary, adjust the amount of mayonnaise according to your desired creaminess.
Season the mixture with salt (and black pepper, if using the seasoned salt). Mix well to incorporate the seasoning.
Dica: Salt can be adjusted at the end, over the entire mixture.
Gently fold in the potato sticks into the salad.
Dica: Optional ingredients like raisins or apple can be added at this stage.
Finish combining, mixing again to ensure all components are well distributed.
