Ingredients
- 200g de Melted chocolate
- 80g de Butter
- 50g de Sugar opcional
- 150ml de Water
- 30g de Corn syrup (or glucose)
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the melted chocolate, butter, sugar (if using), water, and corn syrup.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until everything is heated and completely melted.
Dica: Don't bother stirring before placing it on the heat.
Let the sauce boil for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
