Ingredients

  • 200g de Melted chocolate
  • 80g de Butter
  • 50g de Sugar opcional
  • 150ml de Water
  • 30g de Corn syrup (or glucose)

In a saucepan, combine the melted chocolate, butter, sugar (if using), water, and corn syrup.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until everything is heated and completely melted.

Dica: Don't bother stirring before placing it on the heat.
