- lime juice
- lime zest
Instructions
Grate one apple.
Mix the grated apple with the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, water, quinoa, butter, baking powder, and Magrofit sweetener to form the crust dough.
Line a pie pan with the resulting dough.
Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Prepare the filling by blending the yogurt, water, powdered milk, and Magrofit sweetener in a blender for 3 minutes.
Add the lime juice to the filling and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the filling over the baked crust.
Refrigerate the pie until the filling is completely firm.
Finish the pie by sprinkling the lime zest on top.
