- Greek yogurtSubstitui por: iogurte natural, iogurte caseiro
- Strawberry flavored yogurt (like Go-Gurt or similar)
- Frozen fruit (optional, e.g., raspberries) opcionalSubstitui por: frutas frescas
- drops de Squeezed lime juice opcional
Instructions
Slice your chosen fruits (strawberry, kiwi, mango) thinly, ensuring they are light enough to stick to the sides of the molds.
Dica: If using fruits that oxidize quickly (like apple or banana), add a few drops of lime juice to prevent them from browning.
Carefully press the fruit slices against the inner walls of the disposable cups (used in the video, 180ml/6 oz size) to create the visual effect of the popsicle.
Dica: Clear cups enhance the visual effect of the fruit.
Fill the empty spaces in the cups with the yogurt of your choice (e.g., Greek or strawberry), using a piping bag or spoonfuls.
Dica: For the version using strawberry yogurt, the presenter used slightly thawed frozen red berries for added color and texture.
After adding the yogurt, insert the popsicle stick centered in the cup.
Dica: Use the stick to gently stir to remove any air bubbles that may have formed inside the popsicle.
Place the popsicles in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, or until completely firm.
To unmold, quickly run the outside of the cup under running water or, if you are in a hurry, tear the disposable container.
Dica: Reusable molds should be briefly dipped in water to easily release the popsicle.
