Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C, using the lowest rack level.
Dica: High temperature is essential for the result.
Place the raw, unseasoned steaks inside the Air Fryer.
Dica: Do not season the meat beforehand to prevent dehydration and rubbery texture.
Cook for a total of 15 minutes for a more well-done result (beyond medium-rare).
Dica: For rare meat, cook for only 10 minutes (4 minutes per side).
After 7 minutes and 30 seconds, flip the steaks to sear the other side.
Dica: The total cooking time is divided equally (7.5 min per side).
Remove the meat from the Air Fryer and, only at this point, season generously with grilling salt and pepper to taste.
