Ingredients
- 3tablespoons de Olive oil
- 100grams de Bacon
- 100grams de Thin sausage (like Kielbasa or smoked sausage)Substitui por: Linguiça calabresa
- 1unit de Onion
- 200grams de Manioc flour (or cassava flour)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1pinch de Lemon pepper seasoning
- Fresh herbs (cilantro/parsley mix)
- 2tablespoons de ButterSubstitui por: Margarina
Instructions

aquecerHeat the olive oil in a skillet
Dica: The skillet should be quite hot

fritarFry the bacon until the fat renders out

fritarAdd the sausage and fry until crispy

fritarAdd the onion and sauté until translucent
Dica: Do not let it burn

fritarAdd the manioc flour and toast for a few minutes

Season with salt, black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and fresh herbs
