  • 340g de Plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Place a paper coffee filter inside a coffee cone/funnel and set it over a glass or cup.

Pour the plain, unsweetened yogurt into the filter.

Wait until the liquid has drained and the yogurt becomes firm (this forms the labneh).

Season the labneh with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Serve the labneh with bread.
