  • 200grams de Noodles
  • 200grams de Top sirloin steak
  • 200grams de Chicken breast
  • 100ml de Soy sauce
  • 1/2unit de Onion
  • 1unit de Yellow bell pepper
  • 1unit de Carrot
  • 1/2head de Cabbage
  • 1/2bunch de Scallions (Green onions)
  • Oil
  • 1tablespoon de Cornstarch

Instructions

Cut the top sirloin steak and chicken breast into strips.

Season the meats with salt and black pepper.

Sear the meats in a skillet with oil.
