Ingredients
- 400g de Crushed vanilla wafer cookies ~R$ 8,00
- 1unit de Egg white ~R$ 1,00
- 5tablespoon de Butter or margarine ~R$ 3,00
- 6units de Bananas ~R$ 6,00
- 1/2lemon de Lemon juice ~R$ 1,00
- 600g de Creamy dulce de leche ~R$ 9,00
- 250g de Cold heavy cream ~R$ 6,00
- 2tablespoon de Sugar ~R$ 1,00
- Ground cinnamon opcional ~R$ 1,00
Instructions
Crush the vanilla wafer cookies.
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the egg white and butter until you form a moist crumb mixture.
Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with the cookie mixture, pressing down firmly.
Bake in a medium preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Dica: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spread the dulce de leche over the base of the pie.
Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with the lemon juice.
In an electric mixer, beat the cold heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form (whipped cream).
Dica: The heavy cream must be very cold to whip properly.
Cover the pie with the whipped cream.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Dust with ground cinnamon before serving.
