Ingredients
- Egg
- Sugar
- Butter or margarine
- Nesquik (chocolate milk powder)
- 1tablespoon de 100% Cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar. Whisk vigorously until incorporated and a visible foam forms.
Dica: Whisking thoroughly at this stage is crucial for the final brownie texture.
Add the butter or margarine to the mixture and continue whisking.
Incorporate the dry ingredients: one part of the chocolate milk powder and one tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder, finishing with the rest of the chocolate milk powder.
Prepare an aluminum pan by greasing it with non-stick spray or butter and dusting it with chocolate milk powder.
Dica: Prefer an aluminum pan, as it conducts heat better, resulting in superior cooking compared to glass.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
Optionally, add some chocolate chips on top of the raw batter.
Dica: If added, the chips will melt slightly from the heat of the batter before cooking.
Bake the brownie in the preheated air fryer at 285ºF (140ºC) for approximately 18 minutes. The time may vary depending on your appliance.
Dica: Checking the doneness is essential to ensure the interior remains fudgy.
