  • 150grams de Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 300grams de Italian flour
  • 3count de Whole eggs
  • 3tablespoons de Olive oil
  • 2tablespoons de Butter
  • 1count de White onion
  • 2cloves de Garlic
  • 400ml de Tomato passata
  • Fresh thyme
  • Fresh bay leaf

Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl

Prepare the dough by mixing flour, eggs, and salt

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
