Ingredients

  • 250g de Bacon
  • 30g de Butter
  • Onion
  • 3cloves de Garlic
  • 300g de Pineapple
  • 300g de Toasted Cassava Flour (Farofa)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Scallions (or Chives)

Instructions

Sauté 250g of bacon over high heat until crisp.

Add 30g of butter, onion, and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add 300g of diced pineapple and let it caramelize slightly.
