An addictive farofa mix for the holidays, featuring bacon and pineapple.

Ingredients
- 250g de Bacon
- 30g de Butter
- Onion
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 300g de Pineapple
- 300g de Toasted Cassava Flour (Farofa)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Scallions (or Chives)
Instructions

fritarSauté 250g of bacon over high heat until crisp.

refogarAdd 30g of butter, onion, and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

caramelizarAdd 300g of diced pineapple and let it caramelize slightly.

tempereSeason with salt and pepper.

misturarAdd 300g of toasted cassava flour (farofa) and stir until golden brown.

Garnish with chopped scallions (or chives).
