Ingredients
- 3units de Bananas
- 2units de Eggs
- 2tablespoons de Cocoa powder or 50% Chocolate
- 1teaspoon de Baking powder
- 1as needed de Butter

Instructions
Peel the three bananas and slice them into rounds.
Transfer the sliced bananas to a suitable bowl.
Mash the bananas well with a fork until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Incorporate the two eggs into the mashed banana mixture and mix well.
Add two tablespoons of cocoa powder (or 50% chocolate) and mix again.
Add one teaspoon of baking powder and stir the batter until all ingredients are well combined.
Grease a baking pan with a little butter and pour the batter into the pan.
Finish the batter by scattering some peanuts (or walnuts, if you prefer) on top.
Dica: The choice of topping is up to your preference (peanuts or walnuts).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180ºC) for approximately 30 minutes.
