Ingredients
- 1/2unit de Avocado
- 1unit de Mango
- 1/2unit de Red onion
- 1/2unit de Bishop's Crown chili (or similar medium-hot chili)

- 1tablespoon de Honey
- 1/4cup de Cilantro
- 1tablespoon de Brown Sugar
- 1tablespoon de Smoked Paprika
- 2tablespoon de Olive Oil
- 1/2teaspoon de Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1kg de Salmon
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the avocado, mango, red onion, Bishop's Crown chili, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro, then refrigerate
In a food processor, blend the onion, garlic (assuming garlic is an unlisted staple/implied component common in marinades, or this instruction might be slightly off in the original source since garlic isn't listed), brown sugar, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper until a paste forms
