Homemade Jell-O ice cream recipe, version 2.0, creamier and more delicious, ideal for kids, made with few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 200g de Heavy cream (carton, can, or heavy whipping cream)
- 1cup de Powdered milk
- 1can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 250ml de Boiling water
- 1package de Strawberry gelatin
- 250ml de Cold water
- 1package de Lime gelatin
Instructions
Dissolve one package of gelatin (strawberry) in 250 ml of boiling water, stirring well until completely dissolved.
In a blender, add the dissolved gelatin, 250 ml of cold water, the powdered milk, the heavy cream, and the sweetened condensed milk.
Dica: The higher the fat content of the heavy cream, the creamier the ice cream will be.
Blend the mixture in the blender until smooth. Repeat the process for the lime gelatin (or other desired flavor).
Dica: Blend again to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Pour the ice cream bases into appropriate containers, filling them partially, and place them in the freezer to begin freezing (about two hours).
Dica: The ice cream should start to freeze, but not harden completely, so it can be blended again.
Transfer the partially frozen ice cream to a mixer/stand mixer and beat on high speed until it doubles in volume, ensuring creaminess.
Dica: If you don't have a stand mixer, a hand mixer can be used, as the recipe doesn't require much power, just speed.
Return the beaten ice cream to the containers, cover, and place back in the freezer until completely firm.
