Recipe for a creamy and fit panna cotta, low in calories, served with a homemade strawberry sauce sweetened with a sugar substitute.

Ingredients
- Zero percent fat Greek yogurt
- Light heavy cream
- Gelatin
- Magrofit (Sweetener)
- Diced strawberries
- Water
- little de Oil
- Large strawberries opcional
Instructions
Prepare the gelatin according to package directions.
Add the zero percent fat Greek yogurt, light heavy cream, Magrofit sweetener, and the prepared gelatin to the blender.
Blend all ingredients until a smooth mixture is achieved.
Lightly grease the silicone molds with a little oil.
Pour the blender mixture into the prepared silicone molds.
Refrigerate the molds until the panna cotta is completely firm.
For the sauce, place the diced strawberries (preferably ripe ones), water, and Magrofit sweetener in a saucepan.
Dica: Use ripe strawberries for the best sauce results.
Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring slowly until the sauce thickens and becomes rich.
Unmold the panna cotta and top with the thick strawberry sauce.
Garnish with whole strawberries, if desired, before serving.
