  • 250g de All-purpose flour

  • 125g de Cold butter
  • 90g de Granulated sugar
  • 1pinch de Salt
  • 1 de Egg
  • 720g de Heavy cream
  • 1shot de Whiskey opcional
  • 390g de Bittersweet chocolate
  • 27g de Honey opcional

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients for the crust in a bowl

Add the cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
