A very chocolatey dessert with varied textures and a sweet and salty contrast

Ingredients
- 250g de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 125g de Cold butter
- 90g de Granulated sugar
- 1pinch de Salt
- 1 de Egg
- 720g de Heavy cream
- 1shot de Whiskey opcional
- 390g de Bittersweet chocolate
- 27g de Honey opcional
- 300g de Sugar
- 27g de Butter
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust in a bowl
Add the cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs
Add the egg and mix until a homogeneous dough forms
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish
Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 375ºF (190ºC) for 30 minutes
Prepare the caramel in a saucepan with sugar and heavy cream
Add the whiskey and butter to the caramel and mix well
Pour the caramel onto the baked crust and let it cool
Prepare the chocolate ganache in a saucepan with heavy cream and bittersweet chocolate
Add the butter and honey to the ganache and mix well
Pour the ganache over the caramel and let it cool
