A simple and delicious recipe to use up very ripe bananas, transforming them into a creamy and flavorful fudge, finished with a coating of sugar.

Ingredients
- Ripe banana
- 395g de Sweetened condensed milk ~R$ 8,00
- a little de Butter or margarine
- Sugar opcional
Instructions
Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
Dica: Use very ripe bananas for the best results.
Mash the bananas well with a fork until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Transfer the mashed banana mixture to a saucepan.
Add the sweetened condensed milk over the banana in the saucepan and mix thoroughly.
Dica: Optionally, you can substitute the sweetened condensed milk with sugar, if you prefer.
Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a firm fudge consistency.
Dica: If you desire an even firmer fudge, continue cooking for longer.
Pour the fudge mixture into a dish (preferably glass) greased with a little butter or margarine.
Let the fudge cool completely.
Unmold the fudge and cut it into your desired shapes.
Finish by rolling the pieces of fudge in sugar, if desired.
